Datuk, dua penjawat awam antara 83 dikompaun di pusat hiburan

JOHOR BAHRU – Ahli perniagaan bergelar Datuk antara 83 individu yang dikompaun polis menerusi serbuan di tiga pusat hiburan berasingan sekitar bandar raya ini, pada Jumaat.

Ketua Polis Johor, Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay berkata, kesemua individu itu termasuk tiga penjaga premis berusia 16 hingga 62 tahun yang dikompaun kerana didapati melanggar prosedur operasi standard (SOP) bagi fasa tiga Pelan Pemulihan Negara (PPN).

“Operasi pertama membabitkan sebuah pusat hiburan di Stulang Laut di sini, iaitu polis telah memeriksa sebelum mengenakan kompaun ke atas 50 individu termasuk seorang ahli perniagaan bergelar Datuk dan dua penjawat awam.

“Dalam operasi di premis ini, polis juga bertindak menahan 29 individu kerana didapati positif dadah selain 10 wanita warga asing kerana tidak mempunyai dokumen perjalanan sah dan tinggal lebih masa di negara ini,” katanya dalam satu kenyataan di sini pada Sabtu.

Ayob Khan berkata, dalam serbuan ini, penjaga premis dikenakan kompaun antara RM10,000 hingga RM25,000 manakala pelanggan dikompaun antara RM2,000 hingga RM5,000.

Sementara itu, beliau berkata, serbuan kedua pula dilakukan di sebuah kafe di Masai melibatkan 17 individu telah diperiksa termasuk tiga pekerja dan seorang penjaga premis.

“Dalam serbuan ini, sebanyak 14 kompaun dikeluarkan yang menyaksikan penjaga premis dikenakan kompaun sebanyak RM10,000 manakala pelanggan pula RM2,000 setiap seorang.

“Selain itu, tiga wanita warga asing dipercayai pekerja premis turut ditahan kerana tidak mempunyai dokumen pengenalan diri dan bekerja tanpa permit yang sah,” katanya.

Ayob berkata, dalam serbuan ketiga di sebuah premis hiburan di Pusat Komersial Southkey di sini, sebanyak 16 kompaun bagi kesalahan sama telah dikeluarkan membabitkan pelanggan dan penjaga premis.

“Polis turut bertindak menahan tiga individu termasuk penjaga premis kerana gagal mengemukakan sebarang dokumen pengenalan diri,” katanya.

Menurut beliau, kesemua individu ditahan dibawa ke Ibu Pejabat Polis Kontinjen (IPK) Johor untuk proses dokumentasi dan membantu siasatan.

Kes disiasat mengikut Seksyen 6(2) Enakmen Hiburan dan Tempat-Tempat Hiburan Negeri Johor 4/8 dan Seksyen 269 Kanun Keseksaan manakala warga asing yang ditahan pula disiasat di bawah Seksyen 55b Akta Imigresen dan Seksyen 6(1)(c) Akta Imigresen 1959/63.
