Air New Zealand is celebrating Cyber Monday with a major sale that has flights to Auckland starting as low as $1,033.

The sale, which must be booked by 11:59 p.m. PT on Nov. 28, is available from Air New Zealand’s gateways in the United States to the country, including from New York, Los Angeles, Houston, and more, the airline shared with Travel + Leisure. As part of the sale, travelers can venture beyond Auckland for just $99 more with connections available to select cities in New Zealand or Australia.

“We’re excited to offer customers our lowest fares of 2023!” Ben Evers-Swindell, the airline’s general manager, Americas, told T+L. “This is the perfect opportunity for travelers looking to cross New Zealand off their bucket list. We hope these lower fares give even more of our North American customers the opportunity to explore what Air New Zealand has to offer in 2024.”

Travel from Los Angeles or San Francisco to Auckland starting at just $1,033, or head to Auckland from Houston starting at just $1,133. For just $200 more, travelers can fly to Auckland from Chicago, or fly from New York City — one of the longest flights in the world — starting at just $1,433.

The sale also has major savings on Air New Zealand’s premium economy with flights to Auckland from Los Angeles and San Francisco starting at $2,633. And travelers who want to fly to the country in true style can book a seat in the airline’s Business Premier cabin with flights starting at just $6,933 from the West Coast.

The sale comes nearly a year after Air New Zealand introduced a new “Economy Stretch” cabin class, which features 39 percent more legroom for a total seat pitch of 35 inches. The airline also offers the option to book a Skycouch in economy, which allows passengers to turn three seats into a makeshift bed.

Next year, Air New Zealand plans to introduce an Economy Skynest, which will feature six sleeping pods passengers can take turns using.
