Deeming it as one of her biggest mistakes, Mallika said, "Therapy for me is a check-in." She added, "Therapy creates a safe space, with boundaries of course, where you can be vulnerable. Mallika also spoke about losing her parents. She revealed that when she was losing her mother, she was taking SOS anxiety meds. "I had a very strong desire to survive this. I have realized my cries to help is always anger, which needs to be released or it will come triple-fold."
