"For the year ended Much, 2024, the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of Rs. 16.50 per share," the company said in an exchange filing.

"Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, the Bank has fixed Friday, June, 28, 2024 as the 'Record Date' for payment of final dividend," the private lender said.
