Nokia 235 and Nokia 220 4G feature phones launched in India: Features and Pricing
HMD is expanding its 4G feature phones lineup in India with the launch of the Nokia 220 4G and Nokia 235 4G feature devices. Both newly released phones come with the classic snake game, YouTube shorts app and support UPI payments preloaded and approved by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) for easy transactions.
Nokia 235 4G and 220 4G Price in India
Nokia 235 4G comes in three colours; Blue, Black and Purple and is priced at Rs 3,749. The Nokia 220 4G phone is available in Peach and Black colour options and is priced at Rs 3,249. Both devices are available to purchase from HMD.com, the E-commerce platform Amazon and the retail outlets of Nokia.
Nokia 235 (2024) and Nokia 220 4G Features
The Nokia 235 4G feature phone comes with a 2.8-inch display and 2MP rear camera. Also, it is powered by a Unisoc T107 processor and the S30+ operating system and has 64MB of RAM and 128MB of storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. The device comes with a 1450 mAh removable battery which offers 9.8 hours of talking time. Connectivity features include USB-C Type for charging, Bluetooth v5.0 and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Other features include, FM Radio, Support for cloud apps, news, weather updates, an MP3 player, the classic snake game, YouTube shorts and also supports Scan and Pay UPI Payment apps.
The Nokia 220 4G feature phone also comes with a 2.8-inch display and is powered by a Unisoc T107 processor and the S30+ operating system. It supports UPI applications preloaded and approved by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) for easy transactions. It has similar features as compared to the Nokia 235 4G model, except for the 2MP rear camera. This one also comes with the classic snake game.
These devices are a good option for people who want access to UPI transactions without having a smartphone.
