The IT giant has already fixed July 23, 2024, as the record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend.
"The Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be July 23, 2024, subject to the approval of the interim dividend by the Board of Directors," said the company in the regulatory filing on the BSE.

HCL Tech boasts a rich history of paying dividends to its shareholders. The company announced a dividend of Rs 12 in January 2024 and Rs 18 in May 2024. In 2023, HCL Tech paid dividends of Rs 12, Rs 10, Rs 18, and Rs 10 on four occasions, amounting to a total of Rs 50 in the said year, as per BSE data.
