Shares of pharma company - Remedium Lifecare Limited are going to trade ex-date soon, following the announcement of bonus shares.

Earlier, the Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical company, Remedium Lifecare, announced to issue bonus equities to its shareholders.
The board of directors of Remedium Lifecare declared a bonus issue in the ratio of 3:1. It means three bonus shares will be issued to the eligible shareholders for every one share held by them on the record date.

Remedium Lifecare Bonus Record Date
According to BSE website, Remedium Lifecare shares will go ex-date for the bonus issue on July 5.
The company has set July 6 as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders participation in the bonus.
"... Remedium Lifecare Limited ("the Company") has fixed the Record date as Saturday, 06th July, 2024 in order to determine the number of shareholders entitled for Bonus Equity shares in the ratio of3:1 (i.e., Three Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each fully paid up for every One Equity Share of Re. 11- each fully paid up held as on the record date decided for this purpose),” the company stated in an exchange filing.

Remedium Lifecare Q4 FY24 results
The company reported a net loss of Rs 53.72 crore during the March 2024 quarter, compared to Rs 4.78 crore in the March 2023 quarter. Sales rose to Rs 1,408.49 crore in Q4 FY24 from Rs 75.58 crore in Q4 FY23.

On Friday, the stock closed at Rs 60.13 per share, 1.08% higher than the previous close of Rs 59.49 per share. The stock touched an intraday high at Rs 70.00 per share and an intraday low of Rs 59.49 per share on BSE.
