Shark tank fame Namita Thapar-linked pharma company 'Emcure Pharmaceuticals' is launching a book-built initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 1,952.03 crore. It is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical firm based in Pune. Emcure's product line consists of pills, capsules, and injectables.
Emcure Pharma's IPO will be open for subscription from July 3 to July 5, 2024. The allotment for the Emcure Pharma IPO is scheduled to be completed on Monday, July 8, 2024. Furthermore, Emcure Pharma's IPO will be listed on the BSE and NSE on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.

The IPO of steel wire producer Bansal Wire Industries will begin for public subscription from Wednesday, July 3 to Friday, July 5. the bidding for anchor investors will open for one day on Tuesday, July 2. the company has fixed a price band of Rs 243-256 per share.
The first public offering is a completely new issue of equity shares at Rs 745 crore, with no offer-for-sale component. Furthermore, investors can bid for a minimum of 58 shares, followed by multiples of 58 shares.
