‘Kalki 2898 AD’ box office collection day 3: Prabhas and Nag Ashwin’s film mints Rs 3.2 crore from Kerala
Prabhas starrer ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ helmed by Nag Ashwin continues its box office rampage. The dystopian epic sci-fi film which hit the theatres worldwide on June 27, has collected Rs 415 crore from its worldwide box office, as confirmed by its producers.
The Prabhas starrer has seen a surging footfall especially in its neighbouring states, during the weekend. According to a report by Sacnilk, the film has managed to collect Rs 3.2 crore from Kerala on the third day, June 29, which is surprisingly high, compared to the opening day collections in the state.
On the opening day, June 27, Thursday, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ had only minted Rs 2.85 crore, and it went to Rs 2.75 crore on Friday. With this, the total earnings from Kerala has come to Rs 8.8 crore.
Starring Prabhas, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, has an ensemble cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani. The film also has actors Shobhana, Keerthy Suresh, Anna Ben, Pasupathy, Saswata Chatterjee, S.S. Rajamouli, Brahmanandam, Rajendra Prasad, Gaurav Chopra and Malvika Nair, in crucial roles.
