TCS Q1 Results, Dividend 2025 Date And Time: TCS has announced the date and timing of its results release for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2024-25. The IT Behemoth disclosed this in an exchange report on June 28, 2024.
TCS 's shares began down at Rs 3927.50 on the BSE on Friday. On the BSE, the stock was trading at a day high of Rs 3,959.95, and an intraday low of Rs 3,896.40. The IT giant's shares closed at Rs 3,904.95, down 0.73 percent from the previous closing of Rs 3,933.50 on the BSE.

In the exchange filing, TCS told the bourses that the company's Board of Directors will meet on Thrusday, July 11, 2024 to evaluate and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. Companies normally release their earnings reports after market hours, which is at 3.15 p.m.
"Approve and take on record the audited condensed standalone financial results of the company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. Approve and take on record the audited condensed consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the quarter ending June 30, 2024", company said in exchange filings.
According to the applicable SEBI regulations, the IT giant trading window for dealing in securities shall be closed from June 23, 2024, till the expiry of 48 hours from the said financial results are made public for selected workers, directors, etc.

TCS has announced interim dividend for the FY 2024-25 which will be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting proposed to be held on Monday, 11th July 2024.

TCS declared a consolidated net profit of Rs 12,434 crore for the fourth quarter. It was up 9% from Rs 11,392 crore a year earlier. Revenue from operations rose by 3.5% year on year (YoY) to Rs 61,237 crore.
