Nothing CMF Watch Pro 2 to launch on July 8 in India: Everything we know

CMF by Nothing is gearing up to launch its new devices in India. Along with CMF Phone 1 and Buds Pro 2, the company will also release its new smartwatch, Watch Pro 2 on July 8. The upcoming wearable has already been listed on Flipkart to go on sale at 2.30PM. Ahead of the launch, Nothing has been teasing about the smartwatch, hinting a few key features of the device. The company recently took to X (formerly Twitter), to reveal a glimpse of CMF Watch Pro 2 design and watch faces. Recently, CMF by Nothing posted that the upcoming smartwatch will an aluminium alloy body.

CMF Watch Pro 2: Design

CMF's aim is to make great design more accessible while delivering an uncompromised experience through a focus on core product functionalities. According to the teasers, the CMF Watch Pro 2 looks like following the aim. In the recent teaser, the company has shared half a image of the upcoming smartwatch calling it "A wonderful all-rounder."

The watch is seen with a round bezel with a round crown in a grey-coloured palate. In this post, the watch face appears with a similar grey shade with hints of black, white and orange. The company has also confirmed that the device will carry an aluminium alloy body.

Talking about watch faces, in another recent post, CMF has shared that the device will have over a 100 variants of watch faces. The company stated that the Watch Pro 2 will allow users to build and customise the watch faces. CMF by Nothing has also shared a few watch faces via social media.

CMF Watch Pro 2 price in India (Expected)

The CMF Watch Pro was originally launched at a price of Rs 4,499. Now, the CMF Watch Pro 2 can be released at an equal amount or can be a bit higher in India. But we do not expect it to cross the price range. However, these are just expectations and we have to wait for the actual price of CMF Watch Pro 2 to be released on July 8.

CMF Phone 1 debut in India

Nothing's sub-brand CMF is entering the smartphone business for the first time with CMF Phone 1 on July 8.

The device is likely to give very tough competition to the existing phones under Rs 20,000 as several devices come with less powerful Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC or Dimensity 7050 chip. It is worth noting that the Oppo Reno 12 has been launched in Europe with the same chip and it is expected to cost somewhere around Rs 40,000 whenever it launches in India. In Europe, the price is set at around Rs 44,000 for the same device.
