Hail in Central Taiwan Damages Crops Valued Over US$3 Million - TaiwanPlus News
Hail in central Taiwan has destroyed nearly 100 hectares of crops and cost losses of more than three million U.S. dollars. Heavy rain and hail the size of small coins tore through vegetables ripe for the harvest. The crops include cabbage, garlic sprouts and spinach.
