Emcure Pharmaceuticals IPO: Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited has fixed the price band for its initial public offering (IPO). The Bain Capital-backed company is set to launch its IPO on July 3.

The initial share sale will conclude on July 5 and the bidding for anchor investors will open for a day on July 2, according to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP).

Earlier this month, the company received SEBI's approval to launch its IPO.

The Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited IPO's price band has been fixed at Rs 960 to Rs 1,008 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10.

Emcure Pharmaceuticals IPO Details

The IPO comprises fresh issuance of equity shares worth Rs 800 crore and an Offer of Sale (OFS) of 1.14 crore equity shares by promoters and existing shareholders.

Those selling shares in the OFS include promoter Satish Mehta and investor BC Investments IV Ltd, an affiliate of US-based private equity major Bain Capital. Currently, Satish Mehta holds a 41.85 per cent stake in the company and BC Investments owns a 13.07 per cent stake.

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Axis Capital Limited, J.P. Morgan India Private Limited and Jefferies India Private Limited are the book running lead managers of the Emcure Pharma IPO, while Link Intime India Private Ltd is the registrar for the issue.

Emcure Pharmaceuticals IPO Listing Date

Emcure Pharma IPO will list on BSE, NSE with tentative listing date fixed as Wednesday, July 10, 2024.

Proceeds of the fresh issue will be used towards payment of debt and for general corporate purposes.
