CDSL Bonus Issue: Shares of Central Depository Services (India) (CDSL) have jumped 13.40% on NSE, Friday, June 28, during the session. The sharp uptick in CDSL shares came after CDSL announced the upcoming board meeting to consider and approve the proposal for issuance of Bonus Shares.

"...a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (“CDSL/Company”) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 02, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal for issuance of Bonus Shares, if any, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company," CDSL announced the BSE exchange filing.
