Crispy Brioche Beignets with Caramel Icing
With cinnamon and sugar, we're going to put a lot of this inside here and we're going to spread the cinnamon sugar stuffing. Beautiful. Now we're going to start rolling the dough to create less cinnamon rolls. Perfect. So once you have your cinnamon roll like this, I'm going to cut in the middle to create my beautiful cinnamon roll. Let them rise on the oven to rise faster. We're going to leave them in the oven for about 20 minutes. I have it here, my beautiful cinnamon rolls straight out of the oven. We're going to put some icing. So once you have your icing here, we're not going to stop there. So I'm going to take my cinnamon roll and I'm going to take the outside. So leave the inside to eat after. We're going to stop the cinnamon roll with some cooked apple. But I just cook with a bit of butter and sugar to make them like really golden color. Like this is really, really pretty. I'm going to put some whiskey and I'm going to hit it, of course. OK, so once it's well hated, you're just going to pour it really carefully into your apples just a tiny bit to have a really good taste of whiskey inside. Just going to take your dough and create to have your nice spin you here. You're going to take all the rest and we can cook them in the oil. And you're gonna put your little brioche in the oil just to cook the out really carefully. The oil is at 350. All right, our brioche are now beautifully crispy and nice color. Perfect. The last one here. Let's cool this one. We're gonna take our cinnamon bun and we're gonna dip them into caramel icing here. Perfect, So once you have your cinnamon bun well, iced, you're gonna take them and put them into the box. Ready to go. We're gonna add some little crunch, a little bit of pepper on the top, a little bit of icing sugar just to finish it. Oh, that's pretty. Just want to eat them? All right order #4 ready to go. Amazing. Amazing, right? Oh my God.
