Good Morning Britain's Susanna Reid stops interview after guest makes bold claim live on air

Susanna Reid was forced to stop a live interview on Good Morning Britain.

The Riverdance star is now in remission from cancer after undergoing successful surgery but he believes that his huge castle home - which is said to be worth £25million - is the cause for what happened to him.

Speaking about his health, he revealed recently: "I was one of the fittest people in Ireland. But when we moved back in I never felt right, and all of a sudden I got cancer. All of a sudden I’ve developed asthma too. We must have been breathing in toxins. We were told to leave immediately and we’ve been living in hotels ever since."

He made the same claims during an interview on Good Morning Britain, where he gave a health update to hosts Susanna Reid and Martin Lewis, and announced plans for a new show, which he appears in as a hologram.

Michael Flatley appeared on Good Morning Britain today

However, Susanna had to pause the chat for a brief moment when Michael gave the names of the company and the architect who had worked on the building. When he mentioned the names, she stopped him and said he couldn't mention names as they "didn't know the full story" and hadn't got a right reply from the company or person involved.

During a previous chat, Michael revealed he felt grateful to do the job he does.

"God gave me this little bit of talent to share with the world. He challenged me by knocking me off my high horse when I got fired from Riverdance and gave me the chance to come back and do it all again. My reward was my beautiful wife and son. Who could have imagined an Irish jig would outsell the biggest rock bands in the world? I’m proud of that and all the dancers who give everything to help me achieve my dream," he explained of his long career and success.

Michael described it as "heartbreaking" to not be able to live in his home. He said: "I’ve put an absolute fortune and all my love, energy and focus into that home for 25 years. I’ve brought it back to life. It’s heartbreaking."
