PM Modi Meets With First-time Ministers of State In Union Cabinet, Discusses Ways To 'Strengthen Governance'

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday met with leaders who assumed the post of Ministers of State (MoS) for the first time in the Union Cabinet. The Prime Minister discussed ways to further “strengthen governance at the grassroots” with the newly-appointed Ministers of State.
“Met those who have become Ministers of State for the first time in the Council of Ministers. Heard their experiences and insights as they have just embarked on their ministerial journey. Also discussed ways to further strengthen governance at the grassroots,” PM Modi wrote in an X post.
PM Modi-led Union cabinet includes 30 Cabinet Ministers, 5 Ministers of State with Independent Charge and 36 Ministers of State.
