IIFL Finance | Non-banking financial company said the Reserve Bank of India has concluded its special audit of the company, initiated in response to significant concerns identified in its gold loan portfolio. Also, the NBFC reported a net profit of ₹430.6 crore, down 5.9% from last year. The NII was up 28.5% year-on-year to ₹1,121.1 crore.

Bharti Airtel | Telecom operator said it has prepaid the entire dues of ₹7,904 crore for the spectrum it acquired in 2012 and 2015 to the Department of Telecom. Airtel acquired spectrum worth ₹8.67 crore in 2012 and ₹29,129 crore in the 2015 auction.

Zomato | Food delivery aggregator has confirmed to the exchanges that it is indeed in talks with Paytm, to acquire its movies and ticketing business. Zomato said that they acknowledge the fact that they are in discussions with Paytm for the aforementioned transaction.

TCS | India's largest IT services exporter said it received an adverse judgment from the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. The case was brought by Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), now DXC Technology Company (DXC), alleging that TCS misappropriated its trade secrets.

Adani Enterprises | The company's promoter entities, led by billionaire Gautam Adani increased their stake in Adani Enterprises by 2.02%. This raises their total stake from 71.93% to 73.95% in Adani Enterprises. The increase in the stake was achieved through a series of open market purchases carried out by different entities within the promoter group.

Alembic Pharmaceuticals | The company said it had received final approval from the USFDA for its generic Icatibant injection, which was indicated for treating acute attacks of hereditary angioedema in adults. The approval is for the Abbreviated New Drug Application (for Icatibant injection of strengths 30 mg/3 mL (10 mg/mL) single-dose prefilled syringe.

Biocon | Biotechnology firm said it received 3 observations from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for its Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient facility at Site 6 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. "Three observations were cited at the end of the Inspection, which we will be addressing within the stipulated time," the company said.
