Watch: Amala Paul, Jagat Desai welcome baby boy Ilai

South star Amala Paul welcomed a baby boy with husband Jagat Desai on June 11. The actor shared the happy news on her Instagram handle on Monday, June 17.Â

Sharing an adorable video where the new parents could be seen cuddling and cooing their newborn, Amala captioned the post, "It's a boy !! Meet our little miracle, ILAI born on 11.06.2024 (sic)."

The Malayalam movie star had shared photos from her baby shower in April. The couple, on January 3, announced the pregnancy with a series of pictures.Â They got married in November, 2023.Â

Amala Paul is an actor predominantly working in Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi films.Â Amala was last seen in Prithviraj and director Blessy's long-pending film, 'Aadujeevitham'. She also has Asif Ali Shrafudeen's 'Level Cross' in her kitty.
