Infosys Q1 2025 Quarterly Results Date and Time: The quarterly earnings season for the first quarter of FY24-25 for Indian listed companies is likely to begin soon, as many companies have announced the schedule to release their financial results for Q1FY25. IT giant Infosys has also announced that its board of directors is scheduled to meet next month to consider and approve the financial results for the first quarter of FY25. In an exchange filing, Infosys has informed that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on July 18, 2024, to consider and approve standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year FY24-25.
"...the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/07/2024, inter alia, to consider and approve: Approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter ending June 30, 2024; .. Approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company as per INDAS for the quarter ending June 30, 2024; and... Approve and take on record the audited financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries as per INDAS and IFRS for the quarter ending June 30, 2024," said Infosys in a regulatory filing on the BSE.
Infosys has also informed the exchanges that the Company will close the trading window for the earnings release of the quarter ending June 30, 2024, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. Accordingly, the trading window will be closed from June 16, 2024, and will re-open on July 22, 2024.
As per the information available on the exchanges, Infosys will hold investor/analyst calls on July 18, 2024, to discuss the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2024, and business outlook.

Infosys commands a market cap of Rs 6,18,030.37 crore on the BSE and is a constituent of the BSE Sensex. BSE analytics reflect that the company's shares have appreciated 4.47 per cent in the last one month, while they slipped 0.85 per cent in the last six months. Infosys's stock, however, has advanced 14.38 per cent in the last one year.
Shares of Infosys have a 52-week range of Rs 1,731 - 1,262.30 on the BSE.
