Kaycee Industries dividend, bonus shares, stock split: Electrical equipment maker Kaycee Industries has given a triple delight to its shareholders with a normal dividend of 60%, a special dividend of 40%, and bonus equity shares. The board also announced a stock split, with the record date falling in July.

The Board of Directors of the company has recommended a normal final dividend of Rs 60/- (60%) per equity share of Rs.100/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 and additionally a special dividend of Rs 40 (40%) per equity share of the Rs,f00/- resulting in total Dividend Rs. 10O/- per share.
Total outflow ( final & additional) for dividend will be a sum of Rs. 63.47 lakhs (as against Rs. 38.08 lakhs in the previous year). Dividend is the monetary reward the company offers to its shareholders as part of its profits.
The company will fix the record date for the double dividends later.
Kaycee Industries bonus equity shares 2024
In the board meeting held on Jun 18, 2024, the company approved the issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 4:1, meaning every one (1) equity held by the shareholders as on record date, four (4) equities having face value of Rs 10 each will be given to them. The company has fixed July 06 as the record date for the bonus equity share.
Bonus issue is additional shares given by the company to its existing shareholders at free of cost depending on the number of shares held by them.
