Portugal captain, Cristiano Ronaldo has been mocked by Georgian tennis star Nikoloz Basilashvili after watching his country beat Portugal 2-0 at Euro 2024.

Georgia recorded a shocking victory over Portugal to register their first major tournament win and reach the knockouts for the first time.

Minnows Georgia were beaten 3-1 by Turkey in their first game before drawing a 1-1 draw with the Czech Republic in their second game.

The Crusaders performed excellently, beating the highly ranked nation with the five-time Ballon winner failing to find the back of the net.

The 39-year-old Al Nassr striker was cautioned in the first half as he protested a no-call from the referee following contact in the penalty box.

The Al-Nassr man cut a frustrated figure throughout the game as he struggled to find a way to help his team.

He was taken off in the second half for Goncalo Ramos and he reacted angrily as he took his place on the bench, kicking a water bottle.

Former ATP singles World No. 16 Basilashvili took to social media to mock the forward, posting on his Instagram story that he wondered why the former Manchester United star cried after every chance.
