Inside X Factor star Lucy Spraggan's wedding from Simon Cowell's role to music
Lucy Spraggan married her partner Emilia Smith recently in a ceremony attended by celebrity guests, with fans having since been given a glimpse inside the couple's nuptials.
The singer-songwriter, 32 - who is best known for having competed on the X Factor in 2012 - tied the knot with photographer Emilia, 34, at Saltmarshe Hall in Yorkshire earlier this month. The wedding came following the news earlier this year that they had got engaged to each other.
Photos from the special occasion have been shared by Hello! magazine this week and details about the event have been released. It includes the guests in attendance, as well as the activities that took place after the ceremony.
Lucy opted to wear a white three-piece suit and a pair of matching boots. She walked down the aisle to her own song Other Sides of the Moon, which was released on the couple's wedding day and is dedicated to her bride Emilia.
The musician, who's said to be estranged from her father, was walked down the aisle by Simon Cowell, 64. He wore a black jacket, dark t-shirt, black trousers and matching shoes for the wedding. The pair were accompanied by Lucy's dog Steve, who is said to have been dressed in a black bow tie.

Emilia instead modelled a white gown and heels for the nuptials. She accessorised with detachable sleeves and a lengthy veil, as well as holding a bouquet of flowers. She was accompanied by her father down the aisle at the event.
Recalling the moments before she walked down the aisle, Lucy told Hello!: "I was already crying, and Simon definitely had a tear in his eye." Emilia added whilst reflecting on reaching the top of the aisle: "He looked so proud."
Discussing his role, Simon said he was "very honoured" to have been asked to walk Lucy down the aisle, adding that he considered it a "very big deal". He shared that he was "quite nervous," having never been asked to before, but said that he was "very proud," as well as "happy" and "emotional".
Lucy and Simon are understood to have met through the X Factor over a decade ago but reconnected years later. He said that she feels "like family" and that they share a "very special bond". Lucy said that he is a "constant support".

Simon's fiancée Lauren Silverman was also in attendance, with her seen in a black outfit whilst beside the newlyweds and her fiancé in a photo. The two couples were seen posing together in an outdoor area at the wedding venue.
Other guests at the wedding are said to have included actor Tom Turgoose and RuPaul's Drag Race UK finalist Bimini Bon-Boulash. Adam Collard, who's known for having been on Love Island, is understood to have also been present.
Following the ceremony, bride Lucy is said to have changed into a white bikini before jumping into an ice bath. Other guests are said to have joined in with the activity at the event. The outlet adds that there were other activities too.
The brides reportedly also booked a tarot card reader and a tattoo artist for the occasion. After being assured that they have an "exciting future" ahead, the couple are said to have got the date of their wedding inked on their wrists.
