Jeremy Lin and his younger brother Joseph Lin are Taiwanese P. League+ champions.
According to South China Morning Post, the Lin brothers won the championship series with the New Taipei Kings on Thursday, defeating the Taoyuan Pauian Pilots 103-97. The series ended 4-1 overall.
Jeremy, having dealt with injuries over the past few months, came off the bench. According to SF GATE, he recorded 15 points, seven rebounds and two steals.
In an Instagram post, Jeremy reflected on his season, calling it one of the “toughest in my 14 years as a pro.” He paid homage to his relationship with his brother.
“To win a championship with my lil bro is truly a special feeling. All the hours spent on our backyard hoop, all the time spent at each other’s games growing up, all the work we put in training together and supporting each other through the ups and downs of a pro bball career,” he wrote.
