LeBron Agent Rich Paul Hit With $4.9 Million Lawsuit

JUNE 27 LAWSUIT! Rich Paul, the powerful agent who reps Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James, is facing a serious accusation as the NBA sets to launch the start free agency.

Former Klutch Sports agent Mark Termini is accusing Paul of failing to pay him on fees totaling $4.9 million.

Termini reportedly agreed to serve as an independent contractor for Klutch, Paul's agency, several years ago.

“Termini conducted all details of the contractual monetary discussions with the NBA teams and instructed KSG and Paul in every aspect of the execution of the negotiations, including when to release information to the media, what to explain to Clients regarding negotiation strategies, and when to engage or not engage with a Team,” the complaint states, via The Hollywood Reporter.

JUNE 26 SWAP MEET The New York Knicks traded the 26th pick of the 2024 NBA Draft to OKC on Wednesday night, getting back a kooky total of five second-round picks.

OKC then was able to take Dillon Jones from Weber State.

The Knicks earlier acquired that pick after exchanging it for No. 24 with the Wizards.

With pick No. 25, the Knicks took 18-year-old Pacome Dadiet, a French wing who played in Germany this past season.

JUNE 26 KNICKS RIVALING CELTICS? Less than 24 hours after the New York Knicks traded for Mikal Bridges, the front office struck free agency while the iron was hot. New York intends to sign OG Anunoby to a five-year, $212.5 million deal. According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the contract includes a player option and a trade kicker.

The Knicks, like the Boston Celtics, loaded their roster with two versatile wings as they contend for a championship next season.

JUNE 24 OG DECISION The New York Knicks now know that OG Anunoby is declining his $19.9 million player option and will officially become a free agent, with that window opening June 30.

Anunoby's move is not a surprise ... and he remains a New York priority, with speculation centering on a deal that might come in at an average of at $35 million.
