Parliament Session | TMC Leader Kalyan Banerjee Alleges Misconduct Of Speaker Election | News18
Kalyan Dhanori TMC MP has reacted to the Presidents speech, says distorted facts have been given to the president, so another criticism coming in from the TMC and says naturally the president has relied on these distorted facts. Listen in. Chinnamur's first Congress voice were getting on the presidential speech. Your first reactions to the fact that what do you make of the president? Effectively what has happened that the the all that distorted facts have been given to the president. Naturally, presidents have relied on that and yet to qualities. OK, so that's the reaction coming in from TMCMP Kalyan Banerjee who says these are distorted facts, essentially criticizing everything that's been said by the president in the speech. Let me go across to Arunima once again and its unexpected lines. Arunima that well see, you know, one or the other constituent of Indi come out to raise questions and most certainly expect the Congress to come out and react as far as the emergency remark is concerned. And and they were up in arms yesterday when this reference was made in Lok Sabha. Today also they protested when first the president and then followed by the vice president found by, you know, they made a mention of emergency. The treasury was also ready for this kind of howl of protest. They shouted shame, shame. So even when the debate happens on the motion of thanks, emergency might be at the heart of the replies by the treasury benches and at the heart of protest from Congress. But to Congresses, discomfort, you know, Samajwadi Party. DMK they are not really on the same page, or at least yesterday they did not appear to be on the same page when that resolution was moved. So it will be interesting to note how Congress manages to take the other India Front members along. Or are they left isolated when the motion of thanks is debated in the issue of emergency comes up? What's also interesting and what one is watching out for is how the BJP will respond to this because Arunima, remember, whatever said and done, we've seen the opposition also raise questions with the BJP on how they continue to sideline the president, on how on important events like, you know, the Pran Pratishtha of Ram Mandir, so on and so forth, she wasn't sent an invite that the BJP is not forgotten. And so we we are to expect the BJP to come out and respond to this kind of a criticism coming in because these are directly aimed at the president.
