New on Netflix in July: Every film and TV show being added this month
Cobra Kai season 6, part one arrives on Netflix next month
Netflix is set to release a host of new titles in July, with Cobra Kai and Vikings: Valhalla fans in for a treat as both shows return with fresh seasons.
Cobra Kai, featuring Ralph Macchio and William Zabka, will be back on July 18 with the first part of its sixth season. This continuation of the legendary The Karate Kid film franchise marks the final chapter, which will be released in three parts.
With Cobra Kai now out of the Valley, the senseis and students are left to decide whether and how they'll compete in the Sekai Taikai - the world karate championships. Meanwhile, Vikings: Valhalla Season 3 is set to premiere on July 11.
The third series concludes the epic saga that tells the tales of Harald Sigurdsson (Leo Suter), Leif Eriksson (Sam Corlett), and Freydis Eiriksdottir (Frida Gustavsson).
In other news, the documentary The Man With 1000 Kids follows a group of families as they discover the charming man they trusted has fathered hundreds - or possibly thousands - of children worldwide. Viewers can catch this from July 3, reports the Express.
Food enthusiasts will also be thrilled to learn that the original Netflix series Barbecue Showdown is returning for its third season. Michelle Buteau will once again judge a new group of cooks, alongside presenter Lyric Lewis, starting July 4.
Film releases include Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F, which marks Eddie Murphy's return to the franchise for the first time since Beverly Hills Cop III in 1993. The new Netflix original will reunite the original film's stars including Judge Reinhold, John Ashton, Paul Reiser, and Bronson Pinchot.
Meanwhile, a Netflix documentary film, Skywalkers: A Love Story, will see daredevil couple Angela and Vanya, Russia's top rooftoppers, risk everything by going where no one has gone before: the top of the world's second-highest skyscraper.
