Batman: Caped Crusader Teaser Reveals New Footage Ahead of Full Trailer's Release
A new animated series following the Dark Knight is soon arriving on Prime Video. Called Batman: Caped Crusader, the animated show has just gotten a new teaser ahead of the full trailer's release.
Set to debut on Prime Video on Aug. 1, Batman: Caped Crusader has been described as a spiritual successor to Batman: The Animated Series. The new show will bet set in its own universe, putting some unique spins on the different characters from the Dark Knight's Rogues Gallery. The first full trailer will be released on Wednesday, June 26, and for now, DiscussingFilm has unveiled a new teaser that reveals footage of a criminal operation about to get foiled by a certain superhero.

Hamish Linklater will be voicing Bruce Wayne in Batman: Caped Crusader. Other voice cast members in mystery roles include Mckenna Grace, Toby Stephens, Jason Watkins, John DiMaggio, Minnie Driver, and Krystal Joy Brown.
Batman Gets an All-New Animated Series on Prime Video
The new series is developed by Bruce Timm, J.J. Abrams, and Matt Reeves. It will focus on the earlier years of Batman in his crime-fighting career before he formed an alliance with Commissioner James Gordon.
Batman: Caped Crusader will premiere on Prime Video on Aug. 1, 2024.
