Ishq Vishq Rebound is a new-age romantic comedy starring Rohit Saraf, Pashmina Roshan, Jibraan Khan, and Naila Grewal. Fans had high hopes for this one but the film couldn't break it at the box office.
On day 6, according to early estimates by Sacnilk.com, the movie managed to collect Rs 0.43 crore. This brings the total earnings of the film to Rs 4.9 crore. The multistarrer film is directed by Nipun Avinash Dharmadhikari and is a Gen-Z-inspired love story.

Premiered on June 21, 2024, Ishq Vishq Rebound saw a decent start with Rs 1 crore on its opening day. The film showed a slight increase in earnings over the weekend, the film approximately minted Rs 4.42 crore till Tuesday.
However, with earnings of Rs 0.43 crore on Wednesday, the total of the film is struggling to cross Rs 5 crore.
The movie is a complete Gen Z-inspired film with three best friends understanding the importance of friendship, love, and everything in between. The plot of the film revolves around three best friends, but one becomes a third wheel when two of his friends fall in love. The story takes a U-turn when things between the couple go haywire.
The drama is a follow-up of the 2003 Ishq Vishq. It starred Shahid Kapoor, Amrita Rao and Shehnaz Treasury. The 2003 film revolved around four friends and their complicated love lives.
Rohit Saraf on Ishq Vishq Rebound
Talking about his first film as a lead actor, Rohit Saraf told PTI, "I don't look at a film and say this is completely my film. I don't think I have that approach because to be able to say that it is my film, I would have to do everything on my own. I would have to direct it, produce it, act in all parts and then call it my film."
Further, he added, "It is a lot of people's hard work. All four characters in the film are important. You take one character out of the film and I don't think the film is complete.. It is everybody's film, more than the actors. We were missing it, but I think starting from Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar... I think it's coming back, and it's very exciting because there's definitely an appetite for it,” Saraf had said.
