EastEnders viewers were introduced to the new secret Mitchell family on Tuesday's episode.
Soap fans will recall that the hit BBC One soap announced earlier this year that Billy Mitchell's world will be turned upside down this summer when he discovers that his dad, Stevie Mitchell, has been hiding a secret family. The BBC One soap teased at the time: "Stevie's son Teddy Mitchell will arrive in Walford later this June alongside his sons Harry and Barney in search of his dad, but he soon gets more than he bargained for when he comes face to face with Billy, Phil and the rest of the Mitchell clan.
"Tensions will run high as Stevie confesses that Teddy is Billy's half-brother, meaning there's a whole new branch to the Mitchell family that neither Billy nor Phil knew anything about." Viewers were briefly introduced to the new Mitchell family on Tuesday's episode in an explosive ending with many fans sure to recognise some of the actors playing the parts.
Actor Roland Manookian is taking on the role of Teddy, Elijah Holloway is playing the role of Harry while Lewis Bridgeman is playing his younger brother Barney. Roland, 45, already has an impressive career with roles in The Football Factory, RocknRolla and The Rise of the Footsoldier franchise.

Meanwhile, actor Elijah had a brush with fame prior to EastEnders after he auditioned for the BBC talent competition Let It Shine in 2017. Elijah, who was 18 at the time, was introduced to the panel as a perfume seller who spent his working days convincing people to buy products. He tried to show off his sales tactics to Glee star Amber Riley, The X Factor judge Dannii Minogue, Take That's Gary Barlow and former EastEnders star Martin Kemp at the time.
It comes as earlier this week on EastEnders, Stevie, who has been accused of stealing the charity money from Lola Pearce's charity fund, decided to clear his name as he rumbled about who was really responsible. After suspecting it could be grandson, Will Mitchell, after learning he was being blackmailed, Stevie grilled the youngster and lost his temper when Will refused to admit it. In a sense of desperation and panic, Will knocked Stevie over and quickly rushed off, leaving his grandad unconscious on the floor.
On Tuesday's episode, it started with Will fleeing to the playground, where he was spotted by Phil Mitchell after knocking over a bag and he then saw the house door open to which he found a lifeless Stevie. After calling an ambulance with Stevie rushed to hospital, Phil confronted Will about what had happened to which the youngster confessed all, including the blackmail.
This resulted in Phil tracking down Kyle, the boy blackmailing Will, as he confronted him with a baseball bat, making him hand over the money and smash up his phone. Later, at the hospital, the Mitchell family learns that Stevie has concussion but he will be okay while Phil lies, pretending Stevie is the culprit behind the missing charity money and he found the cash on him.
As the episode ended, the nurse at Stevie's bedside rang a mystery person, who viewers will know is Teddy, saying: "Mr Steven Mitchell has your details on his records. He said you are to be notified if anything happens to him..." Teddy then told his sons, Harry and Barney: "I know where he is and he ain't going to get away from us that easy..."
