CA Result 2024: When is ICAI releasing final, inter result?
ICAI CA Result 2024: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will likely release the CA final, inter result on the first week of July. Once released, students will be able to check their scores at the official website — icaiexam.icai.org or icai.org or icai.nic.in.
Asking the students to refer to ICAI website for an exact CA inter and final result date, Dhiraj Khandelwal, CCM of the Institute said: "CA Inter and Final Result may come in July 1st week itself . We have council meeting on 2nd and 3rd July so possibly 5th July May be the date for result."
"For more precise date, pls wait for ICAI notification," he added.
To check their CA final and inter result, candidates will have to keep their registration number/ roll number handy. Candidates had to score at least 40 per cent in each paper and a minimum of 50 per cent overall in each group to qualify the inter and final 2024 exam.
ICAI CA Result 2024: Date and Time
As per the official announcement, the result will be declared on July 5. As soon as the result is declared, students will be able to access it from the official website -- icaiexam.icai.org or icai.org or icai.nic.in.
ICAI conducted the May 2024 intermediate exams (group 1) on May 3, 5 and 9 while the group 2 inter exams were held on May 11, 15 and 17. The CA final exams for group 1 were conducted on May 2, 4 and 8. Group 2 exams on May 10, 14 and 16.
In 2023, the final exams for group 1 were conducted from May 2 to 9 and for group 2 it was held from May 11 to 17. And, the intermediate exams were conducted for group 1 between May 3 to 10 and May 12 to 18 for group 2.
In 2023, Akshay Ramesh Jain from Ahmedabad has secured all India rank 1 by scoring 616/800 (77 per cent). Kalpesh Jain has secured the second position followed by Prakhar Varshney.
The exam is conducted in three different levels according to the course and in order to be certified as a Chartered Accountant, candidates have to clear all the course levels. The three levels are - the CA Foundation course examination (four papers), the CA Intermediate examination (eight papers based on New Syllabus and eight papers based on Old Syllabus), CA Final examination (eight papers based on New Syllabus and 8 papers based on Old Syllabus).
