Following the theatrical release of the concert film in October 2023, the movie is now available to stream on digital.
Swift first announced the film’s streaming release date in November, revealing it would be available to rent on her 34th birthday on Dec. 13.
“Well, so, basically I have a birthday coming up and I was thinking a fun way to celebrate the year we’ve had together would be to make The Eras Tour Concert Film available for you to watch at home!” she wrote on Instagram alongside a clip of her performing “Wildest Dreams” from 1989 (Taylor’s Version) onstage in the film.
As a fun gift for fans, she also revealed that the digital version of the film would include some additional performances that were cut from the theatrical release.
Here’s everything to know about how to watch the Eras Tour film from home, including which platforms are carrying it.

As of right now, it’s unclear which streaming platform Swift’s Eras Tour film will land on.
When Swift originally released the concert movie, she decided to bypass traditional Hollywood studios and partnered with AMC Theatres. In her cover story for Time’s 2023 Person of the Year, she explained her reasoning why.
“We met with all the studios,” she told the publication, “and we met with all the streamers, and we sized up how it was perceived and valued, and if they had high hopes and dreams for it. Ultimately I did what I tend to do more and more often these days, which is to bet on myself.”
Swift has connections with several different streamers, including Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video, which could signal where the coveted concert film will land. Swift’s Reputation Stadium Tour and Miss Americana documentary were released as Netflix originals (though the former is leaving the streamer at the end of December), while Disney+ has the exclusive rights to her musical concert film Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions.
Meanwhile, Swift has featured many of her recent re-recorded songs on Prime Video original series, such as The Summer I Turned Pretty and Wilderness, the latter of which featured the very first glimpse of “Look What You Made Me Do (Taylor’s Version).”
Although, it’s entirely possible that the Eras Tour could go to a completely different streamer. Seeing as the concert film is being released by Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, it could land on Peacock, which is owned by NBCUniversal.
