RED BANK, NJ — Saffron, the new modern-Indian cuisine restaurant, is now officially open.
On Friday, the restaurant, located in the former Trattoria space, had its grand opening, attended by owners and employees and by town and local business officials.
Saffron is at English Plaza in downtown Red Bank, at 31 W. Front St.
Nancy Facey-Blackwood of the Red Bank Borough Council and representatives from the Red Bank RiverCenter joined Saffron’s co-owners Amrita Jogi and Manish Kumar and its employees during the ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the special occasion and welcome Saffron to the community.
Saffron offers a modern twist to traditional Indian cuisine by using new-age culinary techniques, artful presentation, and contemporary design, its owners say.
