After another undefeated season and a berth in the College Football Playoffs, the Michigan Wolverines are hoping to improve on 2022’s disappointing collapse in the CFP semifinals. This time, they’ll head to a more familiar venue in the Rose Bowl, and they’ll be dressed for Southern California.
Wolverines wide receiver Roman Wilson unboxed his team gear in preparation for their huge matchup against the No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide. Michigan has been sponsored by Jordan since 2016 and they went full Jumpman for their trip to Pasadena. Here’s what the Wolverines will be rocking, head to toe before they kick off in the Rose Bowl.
Wilson showed off two custom Jordan bags and a Rose Bowl backpack, similar to what we see at a lot of the other bowl games. But that Jordan backpack and duffle bag are on my 2024 holiday wishlist.
Among the hats and shirts, I think the ones that stood out most were the crispy white Rose Bowl cap and the beige Jordan button-up. It’s screaming California.
Of course, you’re going to get some shoes among the Jordan gear. I can’t get those custom Jordan III’s out of my mind now. While the goodie bag is certainly something to get excited about, I’m sure Wilson and company would trade it all in to get a win over Alabama to reach the championship game.
