As of 31 March 2024, promoters held a substantial 62.4 per cent stake in the company. Overseas investors and domestic institutional investors accounted for 8.08 per cent and 12.72 per cent, respectively.

For the quarter ending 31 March 2024, IRCTC reported consolidated net sales of Rs 1,187.41 crore, reflecting a 2.02 per cent rise from the previous quarter's Rs 1,163.86 crore and an 18.23 per cent increase from Rs 1,004.28 crore in the same period last year.

The company has recommended a final dividend of Rs 4 per share, each with a face value of Rs 2, for the financial year 2023-24, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. This final dividend is in addition to an interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per share declared and paid in November 2023.

As per the company's filing on the exchange, "Recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.4/- per share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2023-24l@2ooo/o ofthe paid-up share capitall, subject to the approval ofshareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. This Final Dividend is in addition to the lnterim Dividend of Rs.2.S0/- per share l@125o/o of the paid-up share capitall declared by the Board of Directors in the month of November 2023 and already paid to the shareholders."
