76ers forward expected to draw interest from several teams

With NBA free agency just a few short weeks away, rumors are beginning to swirl and reported interests are bubbling to the surface. One player expected to draw attention from multiple teams is Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris.
NBA insider Chris Haynes reports that Harris will have “ample interest.”
“I’m told (he) is expected to have ample interest from multiple teams coming this free agency (period),” Haynes said during a live stream on Bleacher Report. “...I will say this: You’ve got teams I expect to have interest in Tobias. I will mention Utah, Detroit, San Antonio, Dallas and New Orleans.
“Dallas and New Orleans, those will probably have to be sign-and-trade-type scenarios. But those are teams I’m hearing are expected to have some level of interest in Tobias Harris this summer.”
The 31-year-old Harris averaged 17.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.0 steals per game for the 76ers last season. He shot .487 from the field and .353 from deep over his 70 starts.
Although Harris appeared to excel in his complimentary role alongside Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey, he vanished during the playoffs, averaging just 9.0 points per game while shooting .431 (.333 from beyond the arc).
Of the teams mentioned by Haynes, the Mavericks seem like the best potential fit as they seek a knockdown shooter.
