Exclusive tour of Rajeev Khandelwal's Goa home, actor says Goa is the perfect place for rejuvenation
Rajeev Khandelwal may not have been a fan of beaches or a ‘Goa person’ in his younger years, but he is now in love with his home here.
Being an outdoorsy person, Rajeev doesn’t like limiting himself only to a gym. “Running, cycling, swimming are in my system and Goa has space for all these activities. I have a pool at home, where I do water workouts. Being a gymnast, I have also installed Roman rings and ropes to climb,” the actor tells us.
His first trip to Goa was back in the mid 2000s. “I had bought my first car and I drove down solo, only taking a break because it was raining heavily. I didn’t think it would be challenging to book a hotel by myself, but there were fans all around as the character of my TV show was very popular. Like a typical tourist, I went to Baga and Calangute. Now I don’t even dare to peep at those places as they’re too crowded,” he shares.
