Jayson Tatum throws shade at Miami
The Celtics didn't waste any time celebrating after defeating the Dallas Mavericks Monday night, hopping on a plane to Miami within hours of Game 5.
- "You guys have been on a lot of hard-fought trips to Miami," Celtics TV analyst Brian Scalabrine said, in a pre-parade interview with the team. "Was this one a little sweeter?"
- "They're always easy," Tatum said.
Al Horford's T-shirt
Al Horford walked onto the basketball court at TD Garden wearing a cowboy hat and a T-shirt showing a drunk Tom Brady.
- Horford, the first Dominican player to win an NBA title, was greeted by fans waving Dominican flags along the parade route.
Fans getting crazy
It's not a Boston parade without some overzealous Boston fans climbing traffic light poles and trucks.
- These bros hopped on top of the Copley Square bus stop awning to get a better look at the duck boats.
