Hungary striker Martin Adam - who went viral for being an 'absolute unit' - has responded to his newfound attention.
Adam was on the sharp end of a social media storm on Saturday when he came on in Hungary's Euro 2024 opener against Switzerland.
While some fans were fascinated with his size and stature - with one christening him as looking 'like an actor in those Viking movies' - other comments were more unflattering.
As part of a sweep of comments that amounted to fat-shaming, one cruelly quipped that he was 'hungry for goals' after seeing his reported 6ft3in, 13 st 7" frame.
Now the 29-year-old, who plays for South Korean club Ulsan Hyundai, has responded to the pile-on.

'Of course one or two [comments and memes] get back to me. Usually I have a good laugh,' he said.
'I was born like this. This is my body shape.
'I can't say I was this size when I was born, I can't change that, I can't change genetics. So yeah, that's all I can say about it.'
Adam earned his move to Ulsan Hyundai after a formidable season with Hungarian side Paksi in 2021-22, when he scored 31 goals and was the league's top scorer.
He was introduced in the 79th minute as a replacement for Milos Kerkez against Switzerland but could not change the tide.
By that stage Hungary were 2-1 down but despite Barnabas Varga having clawed back a goal in the second half, they could not earn a point.

Switzerland brought on Breel Donald Embolo, who only played five times this season due to injury, and he scored in the 93rd minute to give the Swiss a 3-1 win.
Hungary's next fixture is against hosts Germany on Wednesday before they face Scotland on Sunday.
