Portugal conclude their Euro 2024 group-stage campaign against Georgia at Veltins-Arena on Wednesday.

Roberto Martinez's team won their first two games to secure top spot in Group F and will likely make several changes to the lineup for this match in order to give key players a much-needed rest.
