Orlando Pirates have reportedly already signed FOUR new players.
Lets take a look at Pirates newest four players, according to reports doing the rounds.
PIRATES FOUR SIGNINGS SO FAR, SET TO BE ANNOUNCED
If reports are to be believed, these players will be announced by Pirates shortly.
Firstly, Pirates are expected to trigger the clause in SuperSport loanee, Thalente Mbatha’s contract. Thus, making him a fully contracted Bucs player. Meaning, he will technically become there first signing.
Secondly, a promising Englishman has impressed at Bucs trials.
“He (Eastmond) is a talented youngster, and he left a lasting impression at the club (Pirates) during his trial. There is a possibility for him to be signed,” SoccerLaduma reported.
In fact, as things stand he is expected to make his unofficial debut against Sevilla during Pirates pre-season tour of Europe. Meanwhile, surprising reports claim that Kaizer Chiefs target and SuperSport United defender, Keagan Johannes, has already signed for Pirates.
“Keagan Johannes is said to have already put pen to paper,” the report read on SNL.
Finally, the Bucs have also signed a youth academy product from SuperSport
“Orlando Pirates have swooped in on midfielder Selaelo Rasebotja, who joins the Soweto giants on a free transfer,” SABCSport confirmed
NEW COACH HINT DROPPED
Orlando Pirates are in the market for a new coach.
Specifically, a new right-hand hand to assist Jose Riveiro. Recent reports have linked ex-Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns coach Steve Komphela with the vacancy. However, Riveiro could return with a coach from Europe after his sides tour. In fact, Pirates have hinted at the possibility of signing another European coach. Pirates have confirmed six player exits and the departure of their coach. Meanwhile, several players signings are set to be announced. Meanwhile, their rivals, Kaizer Chiefs are yet to make any announcements.
