The engineers use their own software and algorithm teams to teach robots how to recognize and emulate human facial expressions and even emotion. It takes between 2 weeks and a month to produce just one humanoid robot and their prices range from 230,000 to $280,000. Until now, these super realistic robots have mostly been used for museum exhibits, but ex robot CEO Lee Boyan believes that they will play a major role in health, education and other industries.
