Bengals and entire AFC North to be featured on Hard Knocks’ in-season show
HBO’s Hard Knocks is returning to the Cincinnati Bengals, sort of.
On Monday, the NFL and Bengals announced that this year’s in-season edition of Hard Knocks will feature the entire AFC North. That means we’ll be getting behind-the-scenes looks at the Bengals as they progress through what hopes to be a banner season in Cincinnati.
It also means we’ll get plenty of looks at the Baltimore Ravens, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Cleveland Browns. Since the Bengals have six games vs. that group, we can expect to see plenty of the lead-up to those rivalry games from both sides.
The Bengals were previously the featured team in Hard Knocks in both 2009 and 2013, though that’s the training camp edition that features just one team. This will mark the first time Cincinnati is part of the in-season show, which also typically focuses on one team, but HBO decided to change things up this time around.
This will be exciting for fans to watch unfold.
