ATP Rankings: Alex de Minaur and Jack Draper reach milestones, Andy Murray -32, Matteo Berrettini +30
Jack Draper and Alex de Minaur
Alex de Minaur and Jack Draper have both climbed to new career-high positions in the ATP Rankings after claiming grass-court titles, while Andy Murray and Matteo Berrettini were the other significant movers.
De Minaur has moved up two spots from ninth, which was previously his best ranking, to world No 7 following his victory at the Rosmalen Championships.
The Australian downed Sebastian Korda 6-2, 6-4 in the final of the ATP 250 tournament in the Netherlands to secure his ninth career title and second of an impressive 2024 season.
The 25-year-old, who did not drop a set during his run, was the only player in the top 10 of the ATP Rankings to compete last week.

Tommy Paul, Ben Shelton, Ugo Humbert and Alexander Bublik were the only other current top 20 stars to feature in what was the week after the French Open.
Korda’s runner-up result has seen him jump three places from 26th to 23rd, which is a career-high ranking he first reached in October last year.
Draper, meanwhile, has leapt nine positions from 40th to a new career-best ranking of 31st after winning his maiden ATP crown in Stuttgart. With this, Draper has overtaken world No 39 Cameron Norrie to become the British No 1 for the first time.
The 22-year-old defeated Berrettini, a four-time grass-court titlist and two-time former champion in Stuttgart, 3-6, 7-6(5), 6-4 in the final at the 250 event. This ranking boost gives the Brit a good chance of being seeded at next month’s Wimbledon Championships.
Berrettini, who is a former world No 6, has made a big 30-spot jump from 95th to 65th with the 165 points gained from his run. The 28-year-old Italian was playing his first tournament since the Monte Carlo Masters over two months ago.
Andy Murray‘s exit from the top 100 of the ATP Rankings has been confirmed as he has now dropped the 125 points he earned for winning the Nottingham Challenger last year.
The former world No 1, who was beaten in the opening round in Stuttgart last week by Marcos Giron, has fallen 32 places from 97th to 129th.
