Ghost of Tsushima Player Encounters Terrifying Bug

  • Ghost of Tsushima PC port has seen success with 75,000 concurrent Steam players, despite strange bugs being encountered along the way.
  • One player's terrifying encounter with a colossal glitching moth in the game sparked awe and jokes from fellow fans.
  • Despite some bugs, Ghost of Tsushima's PC version continues to be praised for its stability and wide range of graphical options.

A Ghost of Tsushima fan's playthrough was interrupted by a terrifying literal and metaphorical bug in the game. Jin Sakai's journey through the breathtaking lands of the eponymous island of Tsushima pits the samurai against a number of enemies, ranging from invading Mongol hordes to roving bands of bandits. However, one player's encounter with a horrifying new colossal adversary of epic proportions threatened to overshadow all other foes in Ghost of Tsushima's campaign.

Developer Sucker Punch Productions' critically acclaimed samurai action-adventure title was hit with a recent reemergence in the gaming sphere thanks to the release of its highly anticipated PC port, courtesy of Nixxes Software. By all the usual metrics, Ghost of Tsushima's PC version is a success for both the studios involved and publisher Sony, hitting a little over 75,000 concurrent Steam players on May 19 and cementing itself as the biggest first-party PlayStation title to be ported to desktops so far. However, that's not to say that the game is without flaws, as many users have also reported encountering their fair share of strange yet hilarious bugs during their playthrough.
