“Very cautious, very cautious indeed, not a very useful response,” Mr Siracusa told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.
“The ICC charging Netanyahu and his defence minister with crimes like this is a very serious business, very dramatic, it wouldn’t have hurt the Australian government to say this is a good idea or a bad idea."
