The CMF Phone will launch in India in less than 6 days and the company is leaving no chance to promote its new product more than ever. Nothing is gradually revealing more details about its first-ever CMF phone to maintain the buzz over social media. The company has already given hints on the design by sharing different parts of the back panel and it has now revealed the rear camera module area as well. The full rear panel design is yet to be showcased by the company. Nothing has also confirmed the back camera details of the new CMF Phone. Here is everything to know.
The CMF Phone 1 is confirmed to pack a dual rear camera setup, which will include a Sony 50-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture. The company is claiming that the device can capture "naturally beautiful images." There is also the Ultra XDR feature, which Nothing says will make your photos brighter regardless of the lighting conditions.
The teaser shows that the device will have a plain back panel and the CMF phone series will have a design different from Nothing phones. We can see different screws on the back panel, which has suggested that the CMF Phone 1 could come with a removable back. A short video also suggested that the company might bundle a small screwdriver for the removal of the back panel. But, why would Nothing offer such a feature? Well, this is still a mystery and we will know about this in the coming days. The teasers have suggested that the smartphone will come in orange and black colour models.
The teasers have also confirmed that the device will feature a wheel at the bottom lower side, but the functionality of this is currently unknown. Nothing co-founder Akis Evangelidis has claimed that its new CMF Phone 1 will be equipped with the "best processor" in its price segment. The company has revealed that the device will house a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, which is likely superior to what other devices in its rumoured price range offer. The CMF Phone 1 is said to be priced under Rs 20,000.
While the company is yet to confirm the price details, tipster Yogesh Brar claims that the CMF Phone 1 will launch in India at a discounted price of Rs 15,999 with bank cards. This will be for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. There will also be a second model with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, which is said to cost Rs 17,999 after bank discounts, according to the tipster. The exact retail price details are still under wraps.
