Paloma Faith rates her own bizarre Glastonbury looks – 'fit' ensemble to 'points for effort'

Glastonbury star Paloma Faith has revealed the best and worst of her festival outfits over the years.
The Only Love Can Hurt Like This singer, 42, will take to the Pyramid Stage today (Sunday, June 30) after making it big with hits such as Upside Down, New York and Can't Rely on You. The east London-born musician is not only known for her impressive vocals, however, as she has long been a style icon.
However, not all of her looks have gone down in history for the right reasons, as she proved in a recent post to X (formerly Twitter). She wrote: "With #Glastonbury just around the corner I wanted to rate some of my previous looks…"
She then shared a photo of herself on stage, wearing a black and white ensemble with flowing blonde tresses and a black bow in her hair. "This one was fit. 9/10 imo," she captioned the first image.
Sharing a daring snap of herself sporting red locks and floating through the air attached to white balloons that matched her similarly pale ensemble, she continued: "Okay so I was just out of art school and this was quite slay to be fair. 6/10. Actually maybe a 7 for effort."
In her next photo her blonde hair had made a return, but that was perhaps the only similarity to her first outfit. The much more garish look saw Paloma don a vibrantly-coloured poncho along with spotty heeled boots. "I was going for festival chic here. I definitely got the festival bit. Chic not quite. 4/10," she continued.
In picture number four, Paloma wore a sparkly gold top and matching trousers with a rather large green bow. It appears this look was too outrageous to even receive a rating. "Hahahahaahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahahaahshahahahahahahahahs," she captioned the snap.
Fans were quick to respond to the photos, too. "This was a 10/10," said one, sharing a photo of Paloma wearing a red dress with a hippo on it and red heels. "Triggered," Paloma responded.
Fears over Paloma's appearance at Glastonbury were sparked after she cancelled a concert in Southampton earlier this week. Taking to X, she wrote: “I’m incredibly upset and disappointed to announce that I need to cancel my show tonight in Southampton.
“After suffering from exhaustion and catching various illnesses from my kids my voice has been severely affected and my range is compromised. I have sought advice from medical professionals, they have advised me that I nee forest my voice and that means I’ve had to cancel tonight’s show.
“I’m so sorry to everyone who bought tickets, I’ve loved being on the road and seeing all your gorgeous face and I’m gutted I won’t be dancing with you tonight.
“There will be other opportunities in the future I’m sure. Ticket holders will be able to claim refunds from point of purchase. Loads of love, Paloma x”
