Former Citibank credit card users can anticipate a seamless transition to Axis Bank’s revamped credit card offerings, slated for full integration by July 15, 2024. Following Axis Bank's acquisition of Citibank India's consumer banking operations, cardholders will receive upgraded Axis Bank cards by the end of this year.

In a reassuring notification to customers on June 14, Axis Bank confirmed that during the transition period, existing Citibank cards will continue to operate without changes to card numbers, CVV, transaction limits, annual fees, and spend-based fee waivers.
