Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever suffered their 12th loss of the 2024 WNBA season on Thursday night against Nika Muhl and the Seattle Storm. The Fever fall out of playoff position, sitting in fifth place in the Eastern Conference.
A day after the game, new footage has emerged of the postgame interaction between the two stars. In the video, you can see Clark and Muhl battling in the final minute of the game. At the buzzer, both players shook each other's hands and exchanged a few words before parting ways.
Muhl only had the opportunity to play for one minute during the game against the Fever, and her entire playing time was recorded in the clip.
Clark, the former Iowa Hawkeyes star, was selected with the No. 1 pick in the 2024 WNBA draft. Against the Storm, she recorded 15 points, six rebounds, and seven assists. Clark also received a lot of criticism for her lack of shot attempts, only taking nine against Seattle.
